The Claims Handler 1 will manage a caseload of Pre-Litigated Motor Claims.Key Accountabilities
- To effectively and efficiently manage a caseload of prelitigated motor claims from inception to settlement
- Identify cases for early litigation with high prospects of success and low risk
- To support delivery of consistently high levels of service and productivity
- To work closely with colleagues within the firm to deliver consistently high levels of service
- To input accurate data and ensure data maintenance
35 hours per week
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.
Primary location for this role is Liverpool Office. This is a hybrid role working 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience of dealing with motor claims
- Experience of dealing with litigated liability and quantum dispute cases
- Experience of dealing with repair documentation
- Experience of quoting case law effectively
- Experience of dealing with clients
- Customer service experience
