Support Worker - Eastbourne - Multiple positions availableLobster Recruitment are

looking for Support Workers to join a growing team across a number of residential homes in Eastbourne.
We work closely with local services for vulnerable people, to offer flexible working hours including:

Early shifts
Late shifts
Long Day shifts
Night shifts

Requirements:

Have experience working with adults with learning and physical disabilities
Be passionate about providing excellent support
Be compassionate, take responsibility for your own actions and be keen to acquire new knowledge

What we offer you:

Flexible Working Hours
Full time and Part time hours available
Weekly Pay PAYE (Not Self Employed)
Employer Pension Contribution 3%
Up to 28 days Holiday per year
Company transportation available for nondrivers.
Full Practical & Theory Training.
On call service, for out of usual office hours.
