This is a new role due to company growth.The main role will be supporting the office manager but also the directors as required.
Tasks will include:
- Creation of goods out delivery notes
- Matching purchase orders to delivery notes
- Updating the internal job register
- Inputting hours against jobs using Xero Projects (Training will be given)
- Scanning documents to our cloud software
- Must be able to perform simple tasks on excel
- Other office/admin tasks as required by the company
Hours are Monday - Friday with potential to increase.
£11.50 per hour
Job Types:
