Active (Pathways) Solutions is looking for a hardworking, motivated General Labourer for an ongoing project in Leeds. If hired, you'll be an integral part helping support construction workers on new build apartments.


Role:
General Labourer


Location:
Leeds

Length of contract: 1-2 weeks

Hours of work: 8.00am - 5.00pm


Pay rate:
£13.55 per hour


Duties and responsibilities of the role


The duties and responsibilities of a labourer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site whilst also supporting the overall project.

A list of duties and responsibilities for this role on any given day may include the following:

  • Preparing set up and clean up tasks at the job site
Strip out work

  • Loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Following instructions from supervisors

Skills and attributes (desirable)
We are looking for someone who is an excellent team worker, familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures. With the ability to follow written and spoken instruction and capable of working with mínimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely


About you


You must have a valid CSCS card, and have an asbestos awareness certificate if you do not have one of these - we can help you get it.


Additional tickets/qualifications that would be beneficial include; IPAF, MEWP, PASMA, First Aid, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels or any other industry related courses.
