What We're Looking For

Content Creation:_ Develop engaging and effective learning content for delivery via various formats, including e-learning modules, workshops, reports, guides, 'experiments', scripting, etc.

Learning Design:_ Collaborate with clients and Customer Success Managers to design and build innovative and immersive learning experiences that are guided by client and learner needs.
What You'll Need
Mandatory
- A degreelevel qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a learning consulting role, preferably in commercial learning and development.
- Demonstrable experience of content creation across various formats.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and multitask, comfortably operating individually and collaboratively with the immediate team and wider organisation.
- Proficiency in IT tools and platforms for content creation.
- Passion for learning design and delivering highquality learner experiences that achieve the desired outcomes.
Desirable
- The ability to evaluate learning and track ROI through assessment and data analysis.
- Previous experience facilitating inperson and virtual sessions.
- Experience/interest in game design.
- Understanding of accessibility in learning design.
