What We're Looking For
-
Content Creation:_ Develop engaging and effective learning content for delivery via various formats, including e-learning modules, workshops, reports, guides, 'experiments', scripting, etc.

Learning Design:_ Collaborate with clients and Customer Success Managers to design and build innovative and immersive learning experiences that are guided by client and learner needs.

What You'll Need

Mandatory

A degreelevel qualification in a relevant discipline.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Previous experience in a learning consulting role, preferably in commercial learning and development.
Demonstrable experience of content creation across various formats.
Proven ability to work under pressure and multitask, comfortably operating individually and collaboratively with the immediate team and wider organisation.
Proficiency in IT tools and platforms for content creation.
Passion for learning design and delivering highquality learner experiences that achieve the desired outcomes.

Desirable

The ability to evaluate learning and track ROI through assessment and data analysis.
Previous experience facilitating inperson and virtual sessions.
Experience/interest in game design.
Understanding of accessibility in learning design.
