Property Owners Account Handler

To £32,000pa + annual bonus

Location - East Grinstead

Hybrid Home Working - 2 days a week in the office (Tuesday and Thursday)


We are delighted to be supporting one of Sussex's most established Insurance Brokerages in the recruitment of a Property Owners Account Handler for their offices in East Grinstead.


Working in a large office team environment, your role as Account Handler will be to service and administer Property Owner policies at renewal, MTA and new business stage.

You will manage circa 40 renewals each month and policies will range from ResidentialSingle Properties to Blocks of Flats, albeit this isn't limited to Commercial Property Owners.


Using your knowledge of carriers within the Property Owners policy market, you will broke and gather terms via e-trade Acturis and manual presentations.

Experience:

Must have experience in broking Property Owner policies

Good knowledge of insurer markets

Friendly and approachable with a team player ethic

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
