Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a busy family-run building Contractor near Ipswich.

Well-established with an impressive portfolio of projects, my client is looking for someone with extensive experience and a proven backgroundin joinery.

Working hours:

As a Carpenter, you'll be required to work full time, Monday to Friday 40 hours a week.

The successful Carpenter will be offered:

An hourly rate which equates to between £30,000
£40,000 depending on relevant experience
Mileage allowance

To be considered for the Carpenter role you must have:

Previous experience on 1st and 2nd fix
Experience with handcut and truss roofs
Experience working with oak.
Cladding timber and composite
Residential experience
Full driving licence and use of own vehicle

As a Carpenter your role will involve:

Working on high-spec residential builds and public buildings
New builds and refurbishment work
Barn restoration and repair work
Working alone and as part of a team
Travelling around the surrounding area
