Description

A key client in the e-mobility space is looking for multiple Process Engineers to assist with the ramp up of their Li-ION cell manufacturing facility near Stuttgart.

start date is negotiable on notice period.
Salary depending on experience

The role:

Introduction, continuous further development and optimization of process engineering processes
Development and optimization of process parameters taking into account product requirements and production environment
Identification and evaluation of current future trends in Liion cell manufacturing; planning and execution of proofofconcepts
Building domain knowledge and contributing to automation and AI projects
Crossfunctional collaboration with production, quality, development, customers, development partners, suppliers

Requirements:

You have completed a technical degree (e.g. process technology, mechanical engineering, or engineering sciences)
Professional experience and process technology knowledge in the field of lithiumion cells desirable
Good technological grasp of development possibilities and interpretation of results
Ability to deal with high, changing and different requirements
Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts, openness and interest in making a difference with the team
Willingness for occasional national/international business trips
