We are pleased to be working with an ambitious and fast growth publicity agency who are experts and leaders in entertainment.

Constantly looking to diversify and expand their offering, they are on the hunt for a well connected and driven events expert whocan both leverage their existing network and the agencies contacts to build an events division.


Responsible for getting the best coverage for events, you would come with an impressive network of corporate contacts and the ambition to be a central player within the business to coordinate all events - this is a fantastic opportunity working with someof the UKs most loved talent and a team of dedicated publicists.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Gain coverage for some of the biggest events that happen throughout the year in the entertainment industry
  • Lead strategy, creation and delivery of the existing events clientele
  • Utilise and leverage existing contacts within the events industry, ideally with a focus on music and entertainment
  • Be a central player within the business for coordinating all events, account manage the events and ensure the smooth running of them, along with ensuring that they have maximum coverage
  • Partnering with all divisions internally, across music, talent and podcasts (to name a few) and efficiently utilising contacts within that space to bolster the events portfolio
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop existing client relationships
  • Respond to media enquiries
  • Oversee the coordination and monitoring of daily media coverage
  • Coordinate journalists, guests and presenters to ensure timely and smooth running of the event

You Will Have:


  • An unbeatable network and contact book within the events industry
  • The desire and want to built and expand a team within a successful agency, developing business through relationships
  • A background in gaining coverage for some of the biggest events
  • Experience in partnering events and exposure to the world of sponsorship
  • Ideally exposure to the entertainment industry the events will predominantly be within entertainment, so this would be advantageous
