Air Hygiene Technician

Birmingham

£26,000-£32,000 + Benefits (Depending on Experience)

The UKs foremost provider of specialist ventilation hygiene and legionella control now have an exciting opening for a hard-working individual or pair to join their team.

They guarantee industry leading expertise from one of the UK's longest established specialistair and water hygiene treatment solution providers.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Air Hygiene Technicians to join a brilliant supplier of inspection, cleaning, and remediation work across sites in the West Midlands.

Key Duties of an Air Hygiene Technician:

Inspecting and testing of ventilation system fire dampers.
Kitchen canopy cleans, grease readings, and filter cleans.
Deep cleaning of kitchen areas, including floors and all walls.
Writing reports of work completed in line with TR1
Ductwork cleaning and disinfections in confined spaces and in accordance with TR19 and COSHH regulations.

Key Skills & Experience of an Air Hygiene Technician:

A full UK driving license is essential for the role.
You must pass an enhanced DBS check.
You will have excellent communications skills.
You must have experience in a similar role.
You must be happy to work in confined spaces and at height.

Normal working hours will be 8.00am to 4.15pm Mon-Thurs and 8.00am to 4.00pm Fridays. There will be some out of hours working for instance night shifts which are 8-10 hours. You may also be required to stay away on some larger and longer jobs.
