Technology Risk Manager

Salary:
£70K - £75K

A great opportunity for a Technology Risk Manager to join a leading Financial Services company based in London. This is a great opportunity with direct reporting lines to the Chief Risk Officer and the ability to make a difference within the Cyber and TechnologyRisk Function

As a Technology Risk Manager, you will be responsible for:

Utilising your technical Technology and Information Security knowledge within the 2nd line, whilst working with 1st line to mitigate risks.
Develop strong and effective working relationships across all 3 lines of defence to facilitate effective identification, management and remediation of information security and technology risk.
Keep up to date with emerging threats and trends and understand the potential impact this may have on the organisation.
Review red team and penetration test reports and oversee the implementation of recommendations.
Support and mentor junior members of the team in the delivery of their objectives.

Ideally, you will have the following attributes:

Prior experience in technology & cyber risk or audit, preferably within the financial services industry or consultancy
Understanding of cyber threats and trends.
Understanding of IT infrastructure and information security controls and processes.
Good understanding of technology risk and information security control frameworks (e.g. NIST, COBIT etc).
Proficient in report writing and producing presentations
