About our client

The Marketing and Client Relations team has responsibility for raising assets and maintaining relationships with investors and seeks to hire a Client Relations Associate in London to help manage work streams related to the firm's loan fund, multi-asset creditfund and CLO investors.

What the job involves:

Acting as point of contact for the sales team and to prospective investors
Production of high quality marketing materials such as standard fund overview presentation decks, PPMs, RFPs and DDQs for client proposals and meetings
Utilising fund and market level statistics to develop the positioning of the firm's strategies and product range and communicate findings both verbally and in written marketing materials and client reporting
Take ownership of projects to enhance reporting and processes on the team
Responsible for monitoring prospect lists and reporting regularly to fund managers and senior management

Who we are looking for:

Solid academic background with relevant experience in asset management
A sound understanding of fixed income markets, ideally with prior exposure to liquid credit
Commercially and financially literate, demonstrating strong numerical and oral communication skills; excellent written and presentation skills
Able to interact with senior management and clients
Demonstration of an exceptional level of attention to detail
A team player with an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
