Position:
Clerk of Works / Fire Protection Officer - Permanent / Fixed Term Freelance Contract Also available £55,000 - £65,000 Plus Package - North London
Professional Consultancy providing Project Management, Quantity Surveying Health & Safety, Design, Dispute Resolution, Fire Protection, are looking to Hire a Clerk of Works or Fire Protection Inspector within London and the Southern counties

The Role will Require experience with:
On-Site inspections on mainly Residential Builds
Checking Compliance & Contractors Drawings
Building Regulations
Building Warranty Standards
Snagging Inspections
Producing reports on Site Visits including Practical Completion
Listing Identified defects

Main Requirements:

Membership of the of the ICWCI or equivalent.
Approve document B(Part B) & BS999- Building Standards in Inspection.
Good Technical knowledge
Internal Passive Fire Protection Products & Systems
British Standard Build Regulation Knowledge
Fire Door & Compartmentation Experience Required
Recognised Fire Door Qualification
