£30,000 per annum
South Manchester
Monday - Friday

Role and Responsibilities include:

  • Manage staff performance
  • Manage the smooth running of the office including office attendance and manage work flow
  • Assist with delegating workload and output
  • Support with all compliance issues, insuring company policies are met
  • Ensure all data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage data, review and update policies
  • Collect contract completion documents
  • Promote staff development and training
  • Write reports for senior management and deliver presentations
  • Review and update health and safety policies and ensure they're observed
We would love to here from you if you have the following:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager is essential
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Time management
  • An organised, self motivated individual with a high attention to detail
  • A forward thinker who looks for solutions
