Monday - Friday

Role and Responsibilities include:
- Manage staff performance
- Manage the smooth running of the office including office attendance and manage work flow
- Assist with delegating workload and output
- Support with all compliance issues, insuring company policies are met
- Ensure all data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage data, review and update policies
- Collect contract completion documents
- Promote staff development and training
- Write reports for senior management and deliver presentations
- Review and update health and safety policies and ensure they're observed
- Previous experience as an Office Manager is essential
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Time management
- An organised, self motivated individual with a high attention to detail
- A forward thinker who looks for solutions
