Ciklum is looking for a UK-based
Sales Director to grow our client base in the UK, across a variety of different sectors including Consumer, Retail, Financial Services and iGaming.


We are a leading global product engineering and digital services organisation that unites 4000+ seasoned professionals globally on various projects for clients in a wide variety of industries such as: retail, consumer products, fintech, travel, sportswear, entertainment, and security.

Ciklum delivers high-impact technology solutions to large Enterprise clients, as well as some of the fast-growing organisations anywhere in the world.


About the role:

You will be adept at identifying market/customer demand that aligns with our services and stimulating client interest.

This is an individual contributor role for an exceptional networker and communicator that has a demonstrable track record in facilitating early-stage discussions and progressing them from prospect to close.


You will be part of a high performing sales team and will be expected to leverage your own extensive network to generate leads whilst also being supported by our in-house lead generation and marketing teams to complement this and support you in achieving your sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Research, develop and maintain target account list
  • Develop and follow accountbased marketing strategies
  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers at target clients, identifying opportunities that match with our solutions and generating interest with buyers
  • Facilitate and deliver earlystage discussions/pitches, developing them into meaningful opportunities
  • Lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to signature
  • Ensure pipeline quality and quantity in CRM and follow Ciklum sales process
  • Achieving quarterly KPIs and metrics
  • Building compelling value propositions, (content and materials) which support the business development process

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 7 years in selling technology solutions / IT services
  • Demonstrable record of successfully selling into CIO/CTO network
  • An established network of clients and contacts that fit meet the criteria for the typical ICP of a product engineering and digital services consultancy business
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas of >$3M in signings
  • Excellent presentation skills, both verbally and written with a proven track record in own personal sales results
  • Ability to interact with C-Level Executives, convey the value proposition of the Ciklum suite of services, and explain in clear terms how Ciklum can help the C-Level executive execute on his/her business strategy
