Experienced Health Care Support Worker required by a local family to join a small private care team to look after their elderly mother in her own home in central Sleaford.

She has very limited mobility and so needs assistance with personal care etc.

She is suffering with memory loss and whilst often very grateful for the care and attention she receives can, at times, be difficult so experience with dementia would be an advantage and previous care experience is an essential.

You will be working 1-1 with the client so experience/confidence is needed.

All shifts are available but the most pressing are for weekends and nights (Which are waking). There is some flexibility over scheduling and we can offer full time or part time hours.

This is a non-smoking position.

Days:
£11.25/hr, Nights and Weekends: £12.00/hr Bank Holidays £15/hr.

All training can be provided as required.

• Sleaford, NG34 7TR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
