I am working with one of my clients in West Worthing who are looking for an ambitious Finance Assistant to join their team. If you are ambitious and looking for a role that offers career development this could be for you.

Responsibilities:


  • Transaction processing and recording of receipts & payments using Access Dimensions and other bespoke systems
  • Working with large volumes of transactions using excel
  • Involvement in all general accountancy roles including reconciliations, credit control, purchase ledger
  • Investigate and resolve queries from both internal and external parties when required
  • Creating rapport with key internal stakeholders and building relationships

Knowledge and Experience:


  • Studying towards and accounting qualification desirable
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Good interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal skills
