Description
To provide delivery of electronics training to up to 14 Royal Navy Recruits.

Reporting into the Workshops Training Delivery Team leader, using best practice with the use of systematic, safe, high quality, coherent and harmonised approaches across wholetraining delivery area.


What you'll be doing:


  • Training students in basic software design and programming, using Arduino.
  • Supporting them with the design, construction and testing of electronic circuits that interface to Arduino.
  • Teaching the principals of project management.
  • Instructing in electronic assembly, repair and testing techniques.
  • Using data, information, and insight on the performance of individuals to drive continuous improvement and learning.
  • Identifying and resolving system bugs/faults
  • Communicating and representing training needs to the Training Delivery Team Leader.

What we're looking for:


  • Experience of electronic projects based on the Arduino microcontroller or similar systems
  • Results oriented with ability to support quality and delivery improvements across learning programmes.
  • Experience of accredited and regulated programmes such as apprenticeships, degrees or RQF qualifications would be desirable but not essential
  • Team player with experience leading and collaborating crossteam to ensure successful delivery of training.

Essential Skills/Experience
Electrical engineering with a HND or equivalent, Experience working on electronic projects based on Ardunio microcontroller or similar systems also raspberry PI
