Real Estate Paralegal Leading City Firm London Permanent/Full-Time Established Legal 100 firm are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to assist their busy team.

This London head-quartered firm have an impressive list of clients, and are well-praised for theirquality, partner-led advice across each area of law.

The firm have a unique and modern history - after being set up in the 80s by a handful of Magic Circle partners - looking to carve out a better work/life balance without compromising on the quality of work.

Their team act for a number of household names and overseas inward investors into London real estate with a particular focus on investors from the Middle East and the Far East.

The department have gained a reputation for their prime London commercial propertyportfolio work, acting for UHNWs and Family Offices; Hotel Restaurant and Leisure clients, Development and PCL residential work.


The role will primarily involve:
- document management, review and analysis;
- preparing Land Registry and SDLT Returns;
- assistingwith preparation of legal packs or data rooms;
- small-scale drafting and amending of documents;
- preparing attachments and otherwise assisting in finalising reports.


You will need the following:
- a qualifying law degree from a good university;
- a legalqualification such as Law Degree GDL or LPC,
