Job Purpose:


To manage, plan and enhance social media accounts for London Marketing Company to increase brand awareness, sales and delivery of the clients and LMC's social media profiles.


Location:
London and/or Bristol (hybrid - flexibility for in-offices or remote working)


Requirements:


  • Social media marketing
  • Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter: (required)


  • Adobe Suite

  • Premiere Pro Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign: (required)
  • High level of expertise with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint: (required)
  • Experience in the business environment or a remarkably high work ethic and selfmotivation in the business world
  • Ability to proactively generate new ideas
  • Ability to analyse data and identify the most valuable insights
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks to deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and time management
  • A keen interest in the social media industry

What can you expect?

  • Your role will lead brainstorms and develop comprehensive proposals and strategies for our clients.
  • Contribute to a variety of clientfacing social media audits, reports, and strategy documents
  • Generate tactical and strategic recommendations for our client's social accounts
  • Research industry trends and points of view on best practices by platform. This includes detailed reporting.
  • Analyse performance data from social media networks and pull out the most valuable ideas, insights, and stories
  • Develop and maintain best practice documentation for all social platforms
  • Assist internal teams with implementing new social media features and strategies for clients
  • Become an expert on each of our client's unique needs and priorities
  • Create visually appealing and consistently designed social posts for clients and internal promotions
  • Create, lead and manage direct outbound B2B campaigns
  • Work with management to improve the overall quality of strategy documentation and provide more value to our clients
  • Outreaching and managing influencers/content creators
  • Posting on social media for clients (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok)
  • Management and maintenance of the allocation of the advertising budget for social campaigns

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
  • Saturday 10:00 AM 2:30 PM.

Supplemental pay types:
