Responsibilities:


  • Plan and support the delivery of key marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Work across all core marketing disciplines including promotional campaigns, content, social media, comms, events and referral.
  • Copywriting and delivering creative concepts to internal teams for flyers, brochures, event collateral and online materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements and social.
  • Distribution of internal and external materials and communications.
  • Planning and coordination of events and awards.
  • Maintenance of social media calendar, writing creative copy and acting upon trends where appropriate.
  • Evaluation, optimisation and reporting of marketing activities to maximise ROI.
  • Use of Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics and other reporting functions to review and optimise campaigns.
  • Develop relationships with internal teams and external suppliers and partners sharing feedback and ideas around future marketing activity.
  • Support the wider digital team as required with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC) and other website or content activity as required.

Skills & Experience:


  • A broad, working knowledge of all core marketing disciples including copywriting, social media, communication delivery, events, print, digital, and campaigns.
  • Strong proofreading and copywriting abilities with a thorough attention to detail.
  • A team player with a handson attitude and a cando nature.
  • Enthusiastic and creative with a willingness to embrace ideas and processes.
  • Ability to work unsupervised whilst still delivering on workload.
  • An ability to work well under pressure to multitask and prioritise workload in a fastpaced, deadline driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels
  • Demonstrates commitment to high professional ethical standards and workplace diversity.
  • The ability to use software packages such as Office 365, Salesforce, Pardot, Hootsuite, WordPress, SharePoint.
