Our client is now looking for an experience Paralegal with 6 months experience ideally working within a Residential Property Team to join a highly established High Street Law Firm


Summary

  • Previous Experience: Previously worked within a Residential Property Department

The duties will include:


  • Supporting Residential Conveyancing Partners and Solicitors
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Drafting documents
  • Dealing with client enquires, and third parties.
  • Carrying out searches
  • Dealing with SDLT, Land Registry, AP1 etc
