Our client are looking to recruit a new Chief Executive Officer.
They are looking for a pioneering Feminist Leader to drive their charity forward and establish sustainable VAWG services to support and advocate for generations of women to come.
They are looking for a dedicated Feminist Leader who is passionate about supporting survivors and of working to end violence against women and girls.
As a strong strategic leader, you will be supporting their Boards in ensuring good governance and quality assurance and will instil and sustain an anti-discriminatory feminist culture in line with their beliefs.
You will promote the organisation and, crucially, ensure the needs and rights of survivors are included and represented at every level.
You will be joining them during an exciting period of growth and change and will have responsibility for leading on their business development including identifying ways to diversify income streams and innovative options for generating income.
This is a CEO role where you will know, unequivocally, every single day, how you and your team have made a difference.
Essential Requirements:
- A Feminist Leader with a highly evolved leadership style that engages and inspires diverse people at all levels
- Proven track record of having led (or been close to leadership) in a small to medium size organisation within a similar setting
- Indepth knowledge and understanding of small to medium sized charities and their good governance
- Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing strategic and business plans
- A proven track record of successful incomegeneration for charities, from a range of sources and by diverse means
Additional Information:
- Salary for this role is £45,000pa
- You will be based at their Bradford City Centre office but there is flexibility to work part time from home.
- They offer 30 days + 8 bank holidays annual leave pro rata, rising to 35 days (over 5yrs)
- They provide a 5% employers pension contribution.
- They provide paid sick leave following a successful probationary period.
