Shape our future as Data Solutions Consultant - Defence

The Data Solutions Consultant role leads the development of winning client solutions, with a particular focus on the Defence sector (MOD and related agencies).

Working with clients, the Digital Transformation Consultant develops and delivers solutions using our breadth of capabilities and their innovative experience, bringing together both internal and external contributors.

What you'll be doing:

Lead and support Tenders and Proposals both within Consulting or as part of a wider Capita sales team.
Develop deep understanding of client needs and translate them into winning solutions as part of a final Proposal.
Lead customer discoveries and pilots supporting specific client opportunities.
Represent the face of Capita with the client.
Manage the formal and informal interactions with internal and external teams to support solution development and delivery.
Lead knowledge management efforts to best enable sales teams to quickly find answers to their questions and to enhance and update existing and new solutions.
Responsible for people management and leadership able to bring together teams and deliver agreed, coherent and complete solutions
Lead sector agnostic delivery teams.

What we're looking for:

Broad understanding of technologies and processes used across Data, AI and Automation and specifically within the Defence sector and transferrable skills to support other public sectors clients as required.
An experienced professional who understands the current and future Defence data and digital landscape; with either a Management Consultancy and/or Senior Civil Service/Data professional background.
Direct experience designing and delivering digital transformation programmes over a minimum of a 5 year period.
Deep understanding and experience of the UK Defence system landscape.
Ability to demonstrate working in a collegiate environment to lead the development and positioning of our client propositions.
