We are delighted to be working with our client, with one of the regions' leading Estate Agents, in their search for a Sales Negotiator for their Bishop Auckland branch

Our client is a well-known estate agency and has been helping customers let, buy and sell properties. They are part of a large group which consists of a ten branch network. With offices spread across four well-known brands, our branches cover a large area from North Yorkshire to Northumberland.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit an experienced and competent Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic team at our busy Bishop Auckland office.

Estate agency experience is preferable although training will be provided and as Winners of the Sunday Times Letting agency of the year awards as well as achieving gold in Investors in People, you can rest assured you will be working for a fantastic company with lots of opportunity.

A day in the life of a Sales/Lettings Negotiator

You will start your day with a morning meeting with the rest of your team
You will prioritise and follow up all leads
You will arrange viewings and follow up on viewing feedback from the previous day
You will have a keen eye for opportunity and business development
You will take and negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
You will progress sales pipeline

A clean driving licence is preferred but not essential. The company will pay 45p per mile for any business miles.

The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday as well as a Saturday morning as per branch rota.
