We're looking for individuals who are committed to providing exceptional care to seniors and adults in need, enabling them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide personcentered care to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily activities based on individual care plans.
  • Support clients with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Foster companionship and build meaningful relationships with clients to promote their emotional wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent and highquality service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Part-time hours: 0-40 per week


Salary:
£10.42-£22.00 per hour
