Johnson Technical Systems seeks an ambitious, experienced Lead Generation Specialist to help our company attract new customers and grow our managed services portfolio.

You will be responsible for devising a lead-generation strategy to improve our outreach and contribute to securing new customers, which will help us grow as a business.

Excellent communication and advertisement skills are necessary for effectively managing our marketing activities.

Confident speaking and superb writing skills are also a requirement, as you'll be responsible for presenting our brand to interested audiences through web referrals and organic net traffic.

Our long-term goal is to grow our brand, attract new customers and promote our products to as large an audience as possible.

You must maintain and constantly generate fresh leads that we can convert to actionable deliverables that will boost our sales drives.

Responsibilities:

• Driving our lead generation campaigns
• Generating new leads to increase brand awareness
• Creating fresh leadgeneration tactics according to customers' needs
• Following up on leads and researching to identify potential customers.
• Managing our leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth.
• Maintaining our lead database and tracking lead sources
• Submitting marketing and sales pipeline reports.

Requirements:

• Portfolio of completed projects.
• Proven experience in lead generation or lead management
• Familiarity with lead management programs, including HubSpot, etc.
• Full UK Driving Licence

Salary:

• Salary and commission are flexible and based on experience and performance.
