This post attracts a market supplement of 8.7% of the starting salary. This is per annum, pro rata.

The Avon Pension Fund is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join its Employer Services teams.


About the Avon Pension Fund

Digital Services


Working on the Digital Services team you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of leavers from the Avon Pension Fund.

This includes checking the data received at the date of leaving against the data already held, contacting the employer if there are any discrepancies.


You will work closely with other teams within the department, particularly the iConnect team who are responsible for the monthly data received from employers and our Member Services team.


About You


Ideally, you will have experience in pension or financial administration, as well as an understanding of the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Knowledge of a pension scheme leaver process would be helpful, particularly aggregation of pension records and the processing of deferred and refunds.


Your main place of work will be the award-winning, modern Civic Centre in Keynsham, halfway between Bath and Bristol, easily accessible via car or public transport, with a train station 5 minutes' walk away.
