We're offering an incredible opportunity for a Sales Process Lead to join our Global Sales Team. The world, and our industry is changing at speed, creating opportunities like never before.

This role will be responsible for building new processes, improve existing ones, and ensure programmes and strategies get delivered on time.

You will work closely with the Global Agency Strategy Leads to enable the delivery and implementation of our Travel Agency strategies and programmes.


What you'll need:


  • Strong process improvement skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex details to a wide audience
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to take ownership and make decisions in a fastpaced environment
  • Min 2 years' experience of working on process effectiveness or continuous improvement
