Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time


Your role:

**In this pivotal growth-orientated role you will sit within the Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE), where you will be responsible for driving growth of and maturing our digital and Salesforce offers across a range of technologies and industries with a prime skill set in at least one of Salesforce, Adobe, Pega, Service Now. Working with our DCX CTO and Salesforce CTO and our market unit VP's you will lead on the creation of GTM propositions, own the technical leadership on core bids and play a lead role in major programme deliveries

You will come from a delivery background, but with a passion for delivery-led selling, market and proposition development in a consulting environment.

This role is a unique change to have a hugely positive impact on our clients, whilst growing our relevance and footprint winning and delivering deals up to £25m in value.

Your skills and experience:

**You will be accomplished and comfortable working as a peer at CxO level and will build trust at this level in a senior delivery/ advisory capacity. You will build client and market specific plans and leverage our partners and team of experts to execute successful outcome for our clients.

o Experience of multi-vendor solutions in particular some of the following; CPQ, CTI/IVR, Payment, Knowledge Management, Marketing Platforms, Social Analytics, Identity Management (SSO), Field Service

o Experience in implementing architectural governance and patterns, and experience proactively managing issues and risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.

o Experience in creating winning offers on the Salesforce platform, ideally across several sectors, including solution definition, estimating and key bets

o This is not a purely business development role and you will carry a utilisation target of 50% where you will play lead roles in one or more of our critical accounts
**o Excellent verbal and written communications skills; excellent presentation and facilitation skills; experience influencing C-level stakeholders with technical and non-technical backgrounds

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
