    We offer a full range of in-house services including digital and litho printing, artwork and design, finishing and bindery, specialist finishing, mailing, and fulfilment.

    We offer a wide range of print products, from print shop services including photocopying, plans, leaflets, posters, and banners to large-scale print projects of company brochures, folders, playing cards, greeting cards, point-of-sale, and packaging.

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our busy Digital Print Shop.

    This role is ideal for someone with experience or a keen interest in digital print or design, with strong IT/admin skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the design and digital print shop team with day-to-day tasks related to all types of digital printing and customer enquiries.
    • Provide friendly and efficient customer service and advice via phone, email, and in person.
    • Operate digital print machines and large-format printers.
    • Handle digital print production from estimate to delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in digital print or design software such as Adobe InDesign (preferred).
    • Ability to develop skills across a variety of print services.

    This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in digital print and design while working in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
