Marketing Coordinator
Our client is a highly recognised motorcycle brand with real heritage in the UK and internationally.

In supporting and further developing their position within the UK and European motorcycle sector, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will supportthe European Marketing Team, coordinating and administering European promotions, shows, events and European Partner communications.

Reporting to the European Marketing Manager your key responsibilities will include:

Support the delivery of the European Marketing operations, including talking to distributors, sending out internal and external communications on marketing activities
Working closely with Manager on organising and coordination of events and promotions
Manage all International marketing team administration (50% of the role) including invoice raising and processing
Asset Management of European assets and coordination of events trailer locations/logistics
Budget administration supporting the management of budgets
Assistance with the planning and implementation of all midtolong term strategic marketing projects as well as short term promotional programmes
Budget control and planning of marketing projects
Providing support to the EU Sales and Service teams
Central point of contact for all Internal and External European programmes and systems
Logistics support and EU marketing asset coordination and administration
Coordinating the Consumer website administration with distributors and central web team monitoring social media/website activity for Europe. Digital brand monitoring
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and SAP Strong Communication Skills
Highly organised with attention to detail
Ability to work to short deadlines and under pressure
Knowledge of the motorcycle market would be advantageous but not essential
Experience within Sales/Marketing and Promotion
