Parts Advisor

Full Time / Permanent

Location:
Brentwood

Salary:
£26-29k Per Annum (dependant on experience)+ £3k OTE Bonus

Start:
ASAP

Hours:
Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00, plus every 3rd Sat 08:00-13:00

Parts Advisor required for a Automotive business based in Brentwood/Thurrock. This is a full time permanent position, joining a small team of sales staff.


As a Parts Advisor your role is key as you work in supporting the business to provide the best Customer Experience.

Role and Responsibilities of the Parts Advisor

  • Maintaining long term relationships with customers and providing expert knowledge advice and support to customers.
  • Identifying parts to meet the customer sales requirement
  • Upselling and cross selling
  • Dealing with any customer queries, complaints or disputes
  • Achieving Personal target's and revenue Objectives.
  • Handling incoming calls, dealing with all cash and credit card transactions
  • Sourcing any additional parts or backorders to satisfy the customer order requirement.
Skills of the Parts Advisor

  • Previous experience in sales support, or a Parts Advisor role
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Selfmotivation and highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to work under pressure
