The role - Behaviours Mentor - Croydon
This is an exciting role working closely with young people who suffer form SEMH or challenging behaviour. Your role of a behaviour mentor includes supporting the children inside and outside the classroom. you will be setting targets to help pupils improve on their behaviour. Behaviour mentors work closely with class teachers, other behavioural staff members and the SENDco experience working with children or young people is essential, also experience working with challenging behaviour is essential
