Introduction:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join us and be part of our expanding customer support/technical Team


About You:


You must be a proactive and motivated team player to help us attract more customers to our network and improve our reach by managing and maintaining our fibre network.

The main scope of the role is to liaise with Business and residential customers to diagnose issues and offer support through raised queries.


Training will be provided for the role but a basic knowledge of networks and how they are used is essential for this role.

Above all, you'll be reliable, able to work alone or as part of a team, along with the drive to be successful.


Responsibilities:


  • Speaking with Business and Residential clients
  • Managing our network through the software provided (Training will be offered)
  • Managing raised tickets with technical queries from customers
  • Creating and executing tasks to help develop the network as a team
  • Updating CRM system with accurate and timely data
  • Problem solving and developing knowledge of networking and GPON systems
  • Supporting customers through the network build with technical updates on their projects
  • Ability to understand and meet targets
  • Liaison with head office, marketing, and wider sales team.
  • Carry out work and attend meetings as directed by the Management.

About You:


  • Have demonstrable Network knowledge and customer service experience
  • Have experience in communicating complex technical issues messages verbally
  • Ability to learn and understand our products and equipment
  • Have the ability to deal with a wide variety of customer and B2B demographics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player mindset
  • Comfortable delivering solutions
  • Full driving licence & own transport
  • Selfmotivated with excellent communication and organisational skills

Working Hours
Working hours are 40 per week.

You will need to be flexible with your hours and use your time well to meet the needs of business.

Site visits may be necessary to meet clients in this role, so early evening, and some weekend work may be required.

This role will be based in our Head
Office in Liverpool
