Site Supervisor (Fire Station Renovation)

Are you a skilled Site Supervisor ready to take on a dynamic role in the renovation of a Fire Station? We are seeking a dedicated professional to work with one of our prestigious clients and contribute to the success of this exciting project.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Site Supervisor, you will work closely with a Site Manager and be responsible for:

• Implementing Health & Safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Developing and managing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Conducting Toolbox Talks to promote safety awareness among onsite personnel.
• Efficiently managing Sub-Contractors and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Overseeing Roof Works, Installing Air Source Heat Pumps, and Insulation processes.
• Collaborating with the Site Manager to ensure project objectives are met.

• Valuation: £250,000

Project Duration: 4 Months

• Project Scope: Renovation of a Fire Station

Location:
West Sussex


Day Rate:
£200


Requirements:

• Must have a Valid SSSTS and 1st Aid
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, RAMS, and Toolbox Talks.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in dealing with Sub-Contractors.
• Familiarity with Roof Works, Air Source Heat Pumps installation, and Insulation processes.
