Business Development Manager

£45k - £50k - £90k+ OTE

Gloucester/Hybrid


We are recruiting a Business Development Manager for our client, an established and growing Technology Specialist, who are actively looking to grow their sales team.


This is a hybrid role, and will be based from their offices in Gloucester 2 days per week and the rest WFH or visiting clients around the UK.

As Business Development Manager you will be accountable for the delivery of the sales plan, focussed on achievingsales targets and helping to establish a solid UK presence through targeting a range of clients across the C-Suite.

As Business Development Manager, day-to-day your responsibilities will include:

  • Growing presence within the UK Technology Sector through research and pipeline building.
  • Identifying and nurturing relationships with prospective new clients.
  • Delivering facetoface and webbased sales presentations to clients.
  • Managing and nurturing existing client relationships to encourage growth.
To be successful as Business Development Manager you will need to demonstrate:

  • At least 3 years' experience of proactive selling/business development
  • Previous success within a sales/business development role
  • Confident in building and maintaining strong client relationships across all business levels.
  • Confident, clear, and inspiring communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
If successful you can expect a salary of £45k -£50k with on-target earnings of up to £90k+.
