Permanent Accounts Administrator required for Lisburn.

Job Purpose:


The Role:


  • Support the General Manager and Company Accountant in preparation of month management accounts
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues including dealing with queries and ensuring resolution
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
  • Arranging transport and logistics
  • Purchase Ledger preparation
  • Sales Order processing
  • Any other duties required for fulfill the role.

Essential Criteria:


  • Minimum of 2 years working in a busy Accounts department including using SAGE 50
  • Proficient in using SAGE 50 and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Hours of work:
Monday - Thursday 8.00 am pm & Friday 8.00 am pm


Salary:
£23,500 - £27,500 DOE
