Permanent Accounts Administrator required for Lisburn.
Job Purpose:
The Role:
- Support the General Manager and Company Accountant in preparation of month management accounts
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues including dealing with queries and ensuring resolution
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
- Arranging transport and logistics
- Purchase Ledger preparation
- Sales Order processing
- Any other duties required for fulfill the role.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years working in a busy Accounts department including using SAGE 50
- Proficient in using SAGE 50 and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Hours of work:
Monday - Thursday 8.00 am pm & Friday 8.00 am pm
Salary:
£23,500 - £27,500 DOE
