Impact:

• A Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Experienced in creating strategic, relevant, and interesting reporting and analysis, including scoping, designing, building, and delivering Excel and Power BI Reports.

• Experience of finance business partnering and relationship building.

ABOUT THE ROLE
It's an incredibly exciting time in our Finance team.

We are building the systems and process that will propel Oxygen Conservation towards becoming the world's first conservation focused unicorn company.

As Finance Business Partner, you will develop exceptional financial analysis and reporting for conservation SPVs to deliver environmental and social impact.

In doing so, you will significantly contribute to the fight against biodiversity loss and climate change.

This is a newly created role, reporting to the Finance Director, that will work collaboratively with finance colleagues, Estate Managers and other key stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, consolidate, manage and report on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow projections, annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Support and assist the Head of Finance and Finance Director with FP&A and other reporting requirements.
• Business partner with key stakeholders including Estate Managers and Operations colleagues to provide insightful analysis for business planning and decision making.
• Create impactful management information and dashboard reporting, expanding these capabilities to support the business as it grows.
• Working with nonfinance colleagues, contribute to the design and implementation of commercial KPIs and other progress measures.
• Contribute to Board Papers, presentations and other written materials.
• Oh, and perhaps we should mention the option to join in on some incredible team adventures e.g. coasteering, freediving, ebiking.

Oxygen Conservation was founded in 2021 by the Oxygen House Group and Dr Rich Stockdale with the mission of Scaling Conservation.

We buy land at scale on behalf of asset owners to deliver positive environmental and social impact, generating profit as a result, not as the purpose, of what we do.

We have acquired ten sites totalling more than 27,000 acres.

Our goal is to deploy capital to protect and restore 250,000 acres of land by 2030 by investing in natural capital.
