About Our Client:
My client is an established business specialising within the landscaping, agriculture and pest control industries.

Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to

  • Provide consistent support to our internal and broader teams, nationwide.
  • Work in our Key 2 Fleet Management System, a dynamic system encompassing all Fleet related tasks
  • Managing compliance data
  • Responsible for organising Group Vehicle Requirements (Spot Hire/ Rental/Contract Hire)
  • Managing Tolls, CC, ULEZ Accounts for the Group
  • Administration of forms and associated Fleet documents
  • Monitor and keep Telematics systems updated and produce utilisation reports monthly/ weekly
  • Support Fleet Manager with monthly reporting and other duties when required
  • Oversee maintenance schedules, issue Purchase Orders

The Successful Applicant:


  • Possess Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office 36
  • Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Selfmotivation, with the ability to confidently work and independently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables & VBA would be beneficial
