About Our Client:
My client is an established business specialising within the landscaping, agriculture and pest control industries.
Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to
- Provide consistent support to our internal and broader teams, nationwide.
- Work in our Key 2 Fleet Management System, a dynamic system encompassing all Fleet related tasks
- Managing compliance data
- Responsible for organising Group Vehicle Requirements (Spot Hire/ Rental/Contract Hire)
- Managing Tolls, CC, ULEZ Accounts for the Group
- Administration of forms and associated Fleet documents
- Monitor and keep Telematics systems updated and produce utilisation reports monthly/ weekly
- Support Fleet Manager with monthly reporting and other duties when required
- Oversee maintenance schedules, issue Purchase Orders
The Successful Applicant:
- Possess Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office 36
- Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Selfmotivation, with the ability to confidently work and independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables & VBA would be beneficial
