**THE ROLE
**With continued success, growth within existing client accounts and new clients joining they are now looking to recruit for an Executive Event Producer to join this close knit, dynamic and creative team.
You will work alongside teams including production and creative, and will take full responsibility from briefing stage through to on-site, including;

  • Taking, challenging and deeply understanding the client's brief and business
  • Driving the overall agency creative response
  • Liaising with the internal design, digital, creative and production teams
  • Leading the client pitch
  • Overseeing all areas of delivery ensuring it always meets the brief
  • Preparation of production schedule and critical paths
  • Central point of client contact
  • Budget management
  • Speaker liaison
  • Show calling
  • On site management
