Our industry-leading client is searching for an experienced CRM Specialist to join their award-winning team in their Berkshire head offices.


The Role - CRM Specialist

  • Be the ambassador for CRM and the customer journey insight
  • Utilise CRM insight to create relevant targeted CRM programmes
  • Support the wider communications team and help support any future sales route by creating new ways of nurturing customer relationships
  • Manage the CRM budget and demonstrate measurements and ROI from activity, and recommend how marketing spending can be optimised

The Requirements - CRM Specialist

  • Experience in implementing CRM and database marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with analytics to drive a commercial impact
  • Ability to deliver presentations that explain the CRM plan
  • Previous experience working with Google Analytics is preferred
