We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our in-house IT team, based in our Norwich city centre office.This is a great opportunity for those passionate about IT to join our small and friendly team who cover a diverse range of systems.
The role
- Providing onsite and remote support for staff IT requests
- Performing user account management of internal and external systems.
- Asset management
- On Call cover 9am pm Saturday mornings (1 in 5 weeks).
Skills required
- A friendly and approachable manner.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn.
- Good troubleshooting ability and enjoy problem solving.
- Must be a team player but able to work on your own initiative.
Desirable skills
- Experience with troubleshooting Windows operating systems
- Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory and Office 365
