ASSOCIATE CASTING PRODUCER

iSite is the UK's largest digital media agency specialising in the creation, hosting and distribution of video content and images for some of the biggest brands in the world.

THE ROLE

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Casting Producer to join our Talent & Bookings team based at our studios in Colchester, working with the sales and production teams to source and book accurate talent and suppliers for our productions.

Your core duties will include (but not limited to):

Briefing agencies and selecting the most appropriate talent for client selection
Booking talent, locations and external contributors such as MUA and chefs
Confirming details of shoots and creating call sheets
Tracking invoices, updating internal databases
Direct talent sourcing
Liaising with our inhouse production teams
Maintaining and promoting social media pages

Ensuring compliance with GDPR

REQUIREMENTS:

Solid experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
Selfmotivation and initiative
Time management and planning
High level of organisation & great attention to detail
