Key Responsibilities and Tasks

:

Project Support Co-Ordination and Administration

:

-
Process enquiries received by the PMO as appropriate. Manage effective proactive and reactive communications both externally with Customers and internally across all levels and areas of the organisation.

:

Liaise across the business to resolve Customer enquiries of varying levels of complexity

Perform contract review on incoming orders; ensuring all customer and contractual details are in order

:

-
Ensure the accuracy of bid / project data and provide summarised information for consideration and analysis.

ERP administration responsibilities such as contract creation, amendments and closure

:

-
Develop relationships with internal and external customers to ensure levels of service are to a high standard. Work as part of the larger team to manage the priorities of each customer.

Sales order administration including customer liaison, purchase order cover for labour services, invoicing and reconciliation.

Spares and repairs quotation and Purchase Order administration

:

-
The role will also involve occasional ad-hoc duties that are not listed above but are necessary to respond to the needs of the business. These ad-hoc duties will be consistent with the nature of a Project Support Officer position within Thales.
