Position: Youth Worker _
Type: Fulltime/Parttime Available _

_Key Responsibilities:
_

Build meaningful relationships with young people, fostering trust and open communication. _
Plan, organize, and lead engaging workshops, group activities, and events that promote personal growth, teamwork, and skill development. _
Provide oneonone mentorship and support to young individuals facing challenges or seeking guidance. _
Collaborate with community partners, schools, and local organizations to expand the reach and impact of our youth programs. _
Create a safe and inclusive environment that respects diversity and encourages young people to express themselves. _
Offer guidance on personal and academic goals, career pathways, and healthy life choices. _
Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and program evaluations. _

_Qualifications:
_
- _A genuine passion for working with young people and a deep commitment to their well-being. _
- _Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse youth backgrounds. _
- _Relevant experience in youth work, education, coaching, life experience, social work or a related field. _
- _Empathy, patience and a non-judgmental attitude in dealing with sensitive issues. _
- _Organisational skills to plan and manage activities effectively. _
- _Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed. _

Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment. _
Provide an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one (which Pink Tile can assist with). _
