Working with some of the leading names in UK and European retail my client is a womenswear design and manufacturing business with its offices in the North of London.

They have been in business We have been established for over 30 years and are an expanding business with a plan to supply womenswear worldwide client base.

They have a fantastic opportunity for a Garment Technologist looking to develop their career further within a fast-paced environment.

You will be part of a friendly, fast paced and experienced technical team and overall team of 30n+ staff working with key retailers

DUTIES:

Processing Fit comments and liaise with factories in with short lead times
Attending weekly fit meetings with key London High Street retailers
Approve base sizes to production,
Approve grading to Production
Communicate at all levels when necessary
Manage the Critical Path to keep all aspects of process on track
Support Sales, Design, and QC Teams
Visiting factories intermittently to maintain good QC

MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED
Solid and recent experience ( in a permanent role ) as Womenswear Garment Technologist within a UK womenswear soft separates supplier or UK retailer
Able to work at a fast pace with short lead time factories.
Solid experience in fit meeting taking.
Strong communications skills both written and verbal'.
Team Player and get the work down attitude (understands deadlines)
Applicants must be UK based and be eligible to work in the UK for over 5 years.
