We are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Administrator to join the team at our Blackburn site on a full-time, permanent basis.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a well-organised and IT-literate individual who wants to begin a career within either supply chain or the manufacturing industry.

This role will give you great exposure to what it takes to keep an industry-leading cake & dessert manufacturer ticking and ensure that our customers - some of the largest food retailers in the country - are receiving stock in a timely and efficient manner.

You will work alongside our Commercial and Production Planning teams to ensure our customers receive orders accurately and on time, every time.


The role of a Supply Chain Administrator

  • Manage and maintain service level for allocated account
  • Managing customers' accounts through Tropos
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets and the data within them
  • Troubleshooting and allround monitoring of account performance
  • Liaise with other key departments within the business including Commercial, Quality and Production Planning
  • Collecting and analysing data to monitor the level of customer service
  • Processing orders
  • Issuing daily reports
