Senior Recruitment Consultant / Executive Search Consultant / Retained Search Consultant

Global Life Science Markets / US, UK & EU

Salary between £50,000 to £90,000 plus Commission

London - Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Opportunity for an experienced life science recruiter to join a growing retained search business based in London. Level of roles sit between £100k to £250k with an average fee of £45k.

You will be tasked with delivering on existing business, developing new, senior account management, and supporting the delivery team.

As the vertical grows and the role develops, you will lead your own life science vertical under the leadership of Head ofLife Sciences.

You will come from a proven track record in life science recruitment, either contingency or retained search. You will need to demonstrate impressive business wins and billing figures (£200k upwards). You'll require a real passion and drive to succeed andpossess the energy this role requires.

Base salary is dependent on experience and will cap out around the £90,000 for exceptional recruiters.
