Description
My client is looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk on a permanent, part-time basis.

Working as part of a close knit Finance team your duties will primarily relate to purchase ledger and/or sales ledger.


Working in a hands-on environment this role requires a confident self-starter who is used to working effectively with suppliers and customers.

You will equally enjoy taking ownership of you own duties with an adaptable approach to business requirements.


Key duties will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices and expenses
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Ensuring that invoices are authorised for payment
  • Contacting customers regarding the outstanding payment of invoices
  • Raising sales invoices

You will have the following skills:

  • Strong purchase ledger / sales ledger skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Selfsufficient with good working knowledge of software / accounting systems
